Near to the city centre but away from the noise, we have various sized, air conditioned apartments with balconies overlooking the old town of Trogir and the surrounding islands.

Our family-run hotel opened its doors in July 2008. It is situated on Ciovo island, only 400 meters from the centre of Trogir, the beautiful town protected by the UNESCO.

Our newly built apartments, 200 metres from Trogir old town and the beach, have an outdoor pool and jacuzzi and balconies with extraordinary views of the riviera and hills. We have homely apartments and rooms with air conditioning and wooden or tiled floors to help you stay cool during the summer. Our décor is pleasing to the eye and our furniture is easy on your body after a long day’s exploring.

House Ivancic is located in Trogir town center, in the line of the detached romantic houses, right in the center of the most beautiful part of our country - in the most precious town Trogir - we call it the town museum. We are already looking forward to welcoming you in this unique town by the sea!
